This light cake has the perfect balance of subtle real vanilla beans and intense fresh house made raspberry jam. Once baked, they are dipped in white and dark marbled Belgian chocolate. Using French baking techniques, without using any baking soda or baking powder, this will stay fresh at room temperature for up to 10 days.
