This week Good Morning America 3 had an inside look at Jacques Torres Chocolate. Valentine's Day is one of the most popular days of the year for chocolate and that is no surprise. There is nothing more romantic than a box of gourmet chocolates, they are absolutely delicious.
During Good Morning America 3's visit, Jacques Torres gave Rocsi Diaz a tour of the factory and explained the different techniques and machinery used to create gourmet chocolates. One of the highlights of Rocsi Diaz's visit was when she recreated a scene from the famous show "I Love Lucy" using Bonbons and the enrobing machine. Checkout the full video here:
