A Wickedly Delicious Way to Wrap Up Summer

Summer is coming to an end. But that doesn’t mean you have to go quietly. A fondue party is fun and delicious. And we’ve got some ideas for the delicious part. The folks at Barley & Sage have some great tips and recipes for your party, especially a dark chocolate fondue board.


However, to spice things up, try using The Wicked Bar created by chef Jacques Torres. It’s easy to chop up and melt for the fondue. This bar uses his House Blend 60% Dark Chocolate and mixes in a secret blend of spices that include ancho and chipotle chilies. 


The mix of heat and chocolate is balanced with whatever you decide to dip in the fondue. Some suggestions include your favorite fruit, nuts, marshmallows and cookies.
