"As much as we love these for baking, we eat a lot of them straight from the bag. Great flavor, great mouth feel. The primary use is for cookies, though. Most of our friends have shirts stained by dripping melted chocolate from cookies straight out of the oven. They melt perfectly and are dark enough to balance a sweet cookie dough."

"I turned my whole neighborhood and some Friends onto Jacques’s dark chocolate discs. Everyone loves them. One neighbor makes candy and almost everyone else uses them to make Jacques’s chocolate chip cookies at home. They come out exactly like Jacques’s cookies. I have some of his cookbooks so I have options to try many of his incredible recipes."
