Chef Ken Goto hosted Perkins Cole LLP's corporate event to celebrate their new New York office.
Along with creating an amazing chocolate sculpture, he conducted an interactive demo on creating Jacques Torres Chocolate's most popular bonbons.
In addition to the sculpture and demo, Perkins Cole LLC also received a custom Letter Bonbons for their celebration and each of their 250 guests received a 4-piece bonbons box to take home.
