"I order an advent calendar every year for my nephew and it is a tradition he and I both look forward to. This year’s calendar (for the 1st time) arrived in an unfavorable state. I reached out and got an immediate response. I sent some pictures in and they agreed (again an immediate response) it was not an ideal state for the chocolate and offered a replacement or a full refund. This way of handling the situation was very much appreciated and it made it seamless. I will absolutely order a calendar again next year."
